Third Plenary Meeting of the eVACUATE Project

18th April 2014

The Third Plenary Meeting of the eVACUATE Project was held in Rome on April 2014. The meeting lasted three days, from the 8th until the 10th of April 2014. The event was held at Vitrociset premises.

Thirty three participants attended the meeting representing the majority of the consortium. The eVACUATE plenary meeting proved to be very productive for the project. During the meeting the WP Leaders presented their corresponding work within the first twelve months of the project.

During all sessions, the discussions were focused on the work which is currently on going in each work package and how that work interacts with the rest of the work foreseen within eVACUATE. Expected inputs and outputs were defined for each work package and action plans for at least the next six months of the project were determined.

The outcomes of the two-day-meeting were collected from the WP Leaders and presented to the consortium during the wrap-up session, which taken place the last day of the meeting.
