Thirty five participants attended the meeting representing the majority of the consortium. The eVACUATE plenary meeting proved to be very productive for the project. During the meeting the WP Leaders presented their corresponding work within the first six months of the project. |

Sessions were split into three different groups based on their relevance: During all sessions, the discussions were focused on the work which is currently on going in each work package and how that work interacts with the rest of the work foreseen within eVACUATE. |
Expected inputs and outputs were defined for each work package and action plans for at least the next six months of the project were determined. Potential implications due to ethical or legal constraints were also discussed; trying to define alternative solutions in case of potential dead-ends.
The outcomes of the three open sessions were collected from the WP Leaders and presented to the consortium during the wrap-up session, which taken place the last day of the meeting.
