The eVACUATE plenary meeting proved to be very productive for the project. During the meeting the WP Leaders presented their corresponding work within the third six months period of the project. During the second day of the meeting more focused working groups were organized in parallel which further discussions between the partners were initiated in view of solving important issues that still existed. Sessions were split into three different parallel groups based on their relevance as shown below:

1. Parallel Session 1: WP6-WP7-WP8-WP9

2. Parallel Session 2: WP3-WP4-WP5-WP9

3. Parallel Session 3: WP2-WP10-WP11

Another session preceding the previously mentioned three ones, was also performed, in which all partners participated actively as requested by ICCS. The main topics discussed during that focused session was the following:

-CCTVs and DWG data of pilot areas

-Permissions for acquisition with 3 cameras

-Scenarios and Actual Pilot Areas

-Organization and planning for the data acquisitions

-Combining data collection with plenary meetings

Last but not least a tour to INDRA simulators was organized by INDRA for the eVACUATE Consortium, in which all eVACUATE members had the chance to get in contact with the commercial available simulators that INDRA produces for aviation, car and any other industry.

Finally during the last day the Session chairmen presented the outcomes of their discussions in the parallel sessions while the WP Leaders presented the expected future work that should be ready by the end of next semester.
